Born in Spain, François Boyer is a self-taught painter whose artistic calling emerged in childhood, fuelled by an innate passion for drawing. It was during his youth that the urge to paint became an obvious necessity for him not a choice, but a necessity.
A graduate of life itself, he draws on his experiences, encounters and daily life as the raw material for his imagination. His training is the world itself: its contrasts, its light, its imperfections.
Passionate about colours, he blends them with instinct and boldness, seeking a unique and personal harmony in their combinations. His style, distinctive and instantly recognisable, has developed naturally over the years, without compromise or imposed influence simply by following the call of the brush.
Each of his works tells a different story, driven by a creativity fuelled by instinct, his surroundings and moments of everyday life. To dare, to step outside the ordinary, to push the boundaries of the familiar: this is his credo, his driving force, his greatest escape.
It is with sincere generosity that he invites you to discover his entire body of work pieces that are sure to surprise you.
