General terms and conditions of membership affiliate
Objectives
- Improved support for artists: To promote artists and art galleries by increasing their exposure and influence via the art directories and online shop on the www.artista.art platform.
- Rewards: compensate affiliate partners with commissions for each sale resulting from their recommendations.
How does it work?
As an affiliate partner, you will help increase the visibility of local artists and art galleries.
Each time a recommendation is made thanks to your intermediary in the Artists and Art Galleries directories or on the platform’s online shop, you will earn commission.
Your earnings increase in proportion to the number of referrals you make.
Below are the membership terms and conditions for companies or individuals who promote and support artists and art galleries.
1.0 Purpose of the Affiliate Programme
The purpose of the Affiliate Programme is to enable affiliates (hereinafter referred to as ‘Affiliates’), whether businesses or individuals, to support artists, art galleries and the *online shop by recommending them for inclusion in the Artista.art directory.
In return, affiliates receive a commission on sales generated.
*Each artist and art gallery is able to open their own shop on artista.art and sell their works of art or services worldwide.

2.0 Who can become an affiliate?
The programme is open to legal entities and individuals aged 18 or over:
- Bloggers
- Influencers
- YouTubers
- Agency owners
- Art lovers
- Art dealers
- Art specialists
- Marketing specialists
- Trainers, associations
- Community collaborators
- Radio stations
- Newspapers, magazines
- Individuals
- Artists and art galleries
- Art craftspeople
2.1 How do affiliates earn their first money?
1.Sign up :
Fill in the registration form to sign up Go to: https://artista.art/affiliate-registration/ and click any ‘Became An Affiliate’. Once the registration has been validated, the affiliate will be given an exclusive affiliation code in the form of a link.
2.Promote :
Start promoting the Artista.art platform using your unique affiliate link. Share it with your audience through blogs, social networks and newsletters to increase your visibility.
3.Earn:
Control your revenue by tracking your referrals and earnings via our user-friendly affiliate dashboard to earn commission on every successful referral.
3.0 Enrolment in the programme is subject to approval by Artista.art Pisino.
- Registration for the programme is made via our online platform https://artista.art/affiliate-registration/ and requires accurate and up-to-date data from you.
- Artista.art Pisino’s approval is required to join the affiliate programme.
- Any request for affiliation may be refused at our discretion, without any obligation to state reasons.

4.0 Commissions and payments
The Affiliate will receive a commission when a referral is made. The amounts of the commission are set out in section 4.1 onwards:
4.1 Sales resulting from a recommendation when an artist or art gallery is listed in the directory.
a) Amount received by the Affiliate when an Artist is listed in the Directory:
One-year subscription to the artists’ directory
Commission rate: 50% of CHF 60.00
Earnings for the affiliate: CHF 30 per confirmed entry.
Lifetime subscription to the artists’ directory
Commission rate: 50% of CHF 240
Earnings for the affiliate: CHF 120 per confirmed entry
b) Amount received by the affiliate when an art gallery registers in the directory:
One-year subscription to the Art Galleries directory.
Commission rate: 50% of CHF 60.
Earnings for the affiliate: CHF 30 per confirmed entry.
Lifetime subscription to the Art Galleries directory.
Commission rate: 50% of CHF 240.
Affiliate earnings: CHF 120 per confirmed entry.
c) Amount received by the affiliate when an Artist registers with the Shop:
One-year subscription when an Artist opens his/her Boutique.
Commission rate: 50% of CHF 60.
Earnings: CHF 30 per confirmed registration.
d) Amount received by the Affiliate when an Art Gallery registers for the Boutique:
One-year subscription when the Shop is opened by an Art Gallery.
Commission rate: 50% of CHF 60.
Earnings: CHF 30 per confirmed registration.
On the amount, excluding tax, of sales made using the affiliate code and recorded in the space dedicated to the affiliate in point 4.2.
4.1 How and when do affiliates receive their commission?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days to ensure efficient processing of payments to affiliates.
The requirement that the amount owed be greater than CHF 50 is intended to optimize transactions by grouping payments via platforms such as PayPal.
4.2 Affiliate area
Each affiliate has a personal space where they can consult their statistics, including:
- Total earnings
- Pending commissions
- history of payments received
In this way, affiliates can keep track of the amounts owed to them without having to issue invoices.
This practice guarantees the transparency of transactions and ensures compliance with the regulations in force.
5.0 Obligations of the Affiliate
5.1 The minimum age required for many online activities, including affiliate programmes, is 18 due to legal obligations relating to the protection of minors and constraints imposed by payment processors.
5.2 Affiliate partners must comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to testimonials and recommendations, to ensure the legality and ethics of their actions.
5.3 The affiliate undertakes to promote artists and their creations in an ethical and respectful manner in accordance with the essential values of our platform.
5.4 The Affiliate’s responsibilities include prohibiting spam and misleading advertising, as these practices disrupt the user experience, can be misleading and can compromise the reputation of the platform. By prohibiting these activities, we help create a safer and more trustworthy online environment for our users.
6.0 Intellectual Property and Copyright
6.1 The Affiliate agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the artists and the platform.
6.2 The use of the name, logo and visuals of the works is authorised solely in the context of the promotion linked to the affiliation.
7.0 Duration and termination
7.1 The affiliation agreement is concluded for a period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement.
7.2 Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice.
7.3 In the event of a serious breach of these terms and conditions, Artista.art reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice.
8.0. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1 The Affiliate undertakes to keep confidential all information relating to artists and the platform of which it is aware.
8.2 The Affiliate’s personal data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and the RGPD.
9.0 Responsibilities and indemnification
9.1 The Affiliate assumes full responsibility for its promotional activities and undertakes to indemnify Artista.art in the event of any claim arising from a breach of the stipulated conditions.
9.2 Artista.art Pisino shall not be liable for any loss of profits or opportunities arising from the use of the affiliate program.
10.0 Changes to conditions
10.1 Artista.art reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be notified to the Affiliate and will take effect 30 days after such notification.
11.0 Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland.
