Set the quantity to the total number of items you need. Six products and one directory listing is 7 × CHF 10 = CHF 70. You can mix both in one order.

One product or one directory listing costs CHF 10. Set the quantity above to the total. If you are not sure yet, buy what you know about now and add more later.
Download the template and fill it in
Two templates below — one for products, one for directory listings. Download whichever you need. One row per item. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, whichever you already use.
Email it to us with your images
Send the filled-in file to hello@artista.art along with a link to your images, and quote your order number. We check everything, build it and email you when it is live.

Email your finished file, a link to your images, and your order number to hello@artista.art.
Put your order number in the subject line so we can match it up straight away. If you have bought more than once, one email per order keeps things clear.
Images
How to send your photos
Photos are almost always too big to email. Put them in a cloud folder instead and send us the link — it takes a minute and there is no size limit.
Make one folder for your order
Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer — whichever you already use. Name the folder with your order number.
Name each file after what it shows
This is the important bit. The file names in your template must match the file names in your folder exactly, including the .jpg at the end. watercolour-1.jpg in the template means there is a file called watercolour-1.jpg in the folder.
Share the folder and send us the link
Set it so anyone with the link can view. If you use WeTransfer, note the link expires after a few days, so tell us when you send it.
What works best: JPG, PNG or WebP, at least 1500 pixels on the longest side, under 5 MB each. Photograph the work square-on in daylight if you can. We do not retouch images, so what you send is what appears.

Five columns are required. Leave the rest empty if they do not apply — we will fill in sensible defaults.

Questions
Before you buy
Can I buy products and a directory listing in the same order?
Yes. Set the quantity to the total number of items, then send us both templates in the same email. Six products and one listing is a quantity of 7.
My piece comes in three sizes and two frame options. Is that one product or six?
One. Put it on one row, list the sizes and frames in the Options column, and it costs CHF 10. Buyers pick their combination on the product page.
My photos are too big to email. What do I do?
Put them in a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer folder and send us the link instead. There is a short guide further up this page. Just make sure the file names match what you wrote in the template.
What if my file has more rows than the number I paid for?
We do the number you paid for, starting from the top of the file, and email you about the rest. You can buy the extra ones any time and we will add them.
What if I fill something in wrong?
We check every file before we publish anything. If something is missing or unclear, we email you the specific rows to fix. No extra charge, and no need to start over.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 working days from the moment we have your complete file and images. Larger batches can take a little longer — we will tell you if that is the case.
Can I send an Excel file instead of a CSV?
Yes. Both .xlsx and .csv work. Use whichever your computer opens by default.
Can I change something after it is published?
Yes. You can edit anything yourself in your dashboard at any time, and we will do one round of corrections for you free within 14 days.
