Before you start — have your photos ready
We do not upload photos through this form. Put them in one shared folder and paste the link in — that way there is no size limit and nothing fails halfway through.
Put all your photos in one folder on Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
Set it so anyone with the link can view, then copy the link. Check it opens when you are signed out.
For products, note which photos go with which piece — either the file names, or a subfolder named after the piece.
Prefer a spreadsheet?
If you have a lot of items, or you already keep your product list in Excel, skip the forms and send us a file instead.
Download the template you need below and open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. The first rows are filled-in examples — type over them.
One row per item. Products and listings each have their own file. The columns match the forms above, plus a few extras like SKU and parcel size.
Email it to hello@artista.art with your order number in the subject line and the link to your photo folder in the message.
