Nathalie Manser

NATHALIE MANSER, virtuoso cellist and composer, was immersed in classical music from an early age. After obtaining a First Prize in Virtuosity with honors from the Jury and a Concert License from the Lausanne Conservatory, she perfected her technique in various orchestras in French-speaking Switzerland and participated in master classes in Germany.

Feeling “confined” in the classical world, her original and creative temperament naturally led her to devote herself to her own musical adaptations and personal compositions.

Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of her instrument, she has created a world inspired by world music and meditative music.

To date, she has composed and co-produced seven original albums with world-renowned producers (David Richards, George De Angelis): “Les Anges” 2001, “Musique & Parfums” 2003, “Alpha Centauri” 2004, A Handbook For Human Beings 2005, and “Une Page d’Amour” 2014. Compilation ‘Détente’ in 2016, “Terra 432”  in 2026.

She is active on the Swiss and international scene, notably with a multi-sensory show concept, consisting of a composition of scents and images around her music.

Since 2020, the woman who now considers herself an “embellisher of life” has been performing in private salons and inviting the public to her home in Ollon with her new multi-sensory show “La Légende Oubliée” (The Forgotten Legend), so that everyone can enjoy this poetic and fantastical journey on the theme of the human quest.

This show has also been a great success in its intimate form, as well as in nursing homes, prisons, specialized clinics, and schools.

In addition, she offers a unique and therapeutic collaboration on her music “Le Rêve Éveillé” (The Waking Dream), providing a musical journey accompanied by a touch therapist for a group of people, adults or children. Participants are invited to lie down in a state of relaxation to enjoy this musical and therapeutic experience, connecting with their inner sun.
